This section contains templates that can be helpful in documenting Triad projects and capturing technical information & experience.

Case Study Documentation Forms - The Project Profile Submission form is used to prepare short case studies that can be posted in the Triad Project Profiles section of this site. The "Project Summary Form" is a template that very briefly captures some of the most critical project information relevant to a successful Triad project. It includes a project abstract template and a template for a Technology Quick Reference Sheet (TQRS). The TQRS is used to document general information about a single analytical method or technology, plus detailed site-specific performance. Use of the project abstract and the TQRS templates are illustrated by the Tree Fruit Project example, which used two immunoassay kits (DDT pesticide family & cyclodiene pesticide family) to guide a removal action. The Tree Fruit project was one of the first projects thoroughly studied and documented under the Triad framework. The format for a more detailed preparation of a Triad case study is illustrated with the Tree Fruit project case study.
